Come prenotare
Booking an arrangement at Q-dance Travel is realized in a couple of simple steps.
First you search the arrangement page for an arrangement that meets with your wishes and budget. The most important choice in this case will be the type and location of the accommodation.
All packages are including:
Stay in an accommodation of your choice
1 entrance ticket
Return transfer between the hotel and the venue
You can always book extra’s such as an upgrade to a VIP tickets or extra nights. We’d like to stress the fact, that Q-dance Travel prices include city tax and credit card costs; these will not be added to the bill afterwards!
After you’ve made your choice of arrangement, you are redirected to the bookings process. Here you can indicate the amount of persons, dates of arrival and departure (so extra nights at the accommodation). You can also change your choice of tickets to VIP/Weekend, the desired amount of accommodations. But you can also book possible extras like a flight, breakfast or a limousine transfer.
Important: The shown price on the first page is the price per person in case you’re with the maximum number of people in the accommodation. For example, if you decide to stay alone in a hotel room, a supplement will be added to your bill.
After you’ve filled in everything and have agreed to the price you see in the left of the screen, you can continue filling in your personal details in step 2.
After this step, you receive the summary, in order to double check the booking. Then you proceed to payment. You can pay Q-dance Travel with your Credit Card, Paypal or iDeal.
Once payment is successfully received, you will receive a confirmation by mail with all the booking details. Please keep this confirmation securely saved, because you will have to show it together with your ID when you arrive at the accommodation.
Tickets will be sent to you by e-mail. The date is written in your e-mail confirmation.
